Daily Attendance

Daily attendance modules let's you control daily attendance of a single student without needing to open the whole class attendance list. 



The daily attendance differentiate from the attendance by providing specific reasons. 


Take daily attendance;


Located under Academic menu, you can find the daily attendance page. 


Filter out the student you would like to take attendance/ absence for by using;


  • Batches
  • Students


Add Daily Attendance


Click on Add [Daily Attendance] and fill in the information.



Click Save to complete daily attendance taking. 


Stats


You can also view the statistics of the students absence in Daily Attendance.



This will allow SmartClass to set maximum hours and days to be allowed on absent students. 


You can change the attendance settings in Settings - Daily Attendance Settings
