Email Templates

Email templates enables the communications made by your school SmartClass system to send previously created templates.



You can create various templates and assign them to the modules to automatically send the emails when triggered upon action.


Add New Template



  • Click on +Add button located on the right side of the screen
  • Fill the title and subject 
  • Fill the message body from the variables or fill in with your specifications
  • Choose Active 
  • Click Save 


You can create the email subject and message body from Available Variables and SmartClass will automatically fill the information from the respective module and send email accordingly.


Important Note : To be able to send emails from SmartClass account, the schools needs to have a service provider connected to SmartClass or opt-in to use SmartClass Service Provider.
