Academic Report Types

Academic report types module is where the student reports can be designed and saved.



Add Report Card


To add a report card, click on +Add button located on the left side of the panel.


 

Click Save when complete and move to next steps.


Report Fields


You can add multiple report fields to the report card design. 


To add and change the field items, click on Actions and Report Fields

SmartClass is built upon relation database and every report card created within will import the data, fill the report card items and send it to the recepient. 


Static Texts


Static text field is the place where you can add texts that doesn't change across report cards. 



Background Picture


Background picture is the section where you can upload your schools report card design to SmartClass. 



Uploaded background images use SmartClass File Manager.


Design Report


Design report section is the last step before completing the design of the student report.


To design a student report card, after adding the background design picture, click on Actions and Report Design.



Design tools are working with the items you have created and with the settings selected from the previous menus. 


You can drag and drop the items to your background picture and add new items to your report card by clicking  + button located on the right upper corner.
