Books

In Books page, you can add your books with detailed information, see their shelf location in your schools library, lend books to students and teachers.



Add New Book


To add a new book, click on +Add New Book;



Once the book is saved via SmartClass, you can start lending the book easily and the books menu will be updated with the added book immediately.


Library Lend


In Library Lend, you can see the lended books and their due dates are passed or not and handle return back processes easily. Also, yuo can search for a book to see it's lending history by selecting the books Author at the top of the menu.



Return a Book


To accept a lended book, after inspection click on Actions and click Return Back.



If you have overdue costs associated with the returned book you can charge the student from Fine Amount section and push the notification automatically to accounting department.
