Student Health Info
Student health info page is where the students health related information is stored.
The module includes various degrees of information that is vital for emergency situations to basic lunch time dining.
In General Info, student has his/hers general information about their current profile.
Notes section is the place for parents, nurses or school health professionals enter any desired information regarding the students health.
In Infirmary Records, every trip to infirmary is stored and logged by the schools nurses SmartClass account and can be pushed live to the parents.
In Allergies, the allergies of the students can be logged. Notes can be added to show the severity levels and add new allergies if need be.
In Vaccinations, the students active vaccinations can be stored to inform for any emergency or nurses in any case. If the school provides a vaccination for some reason, the vaccination can be added easily.
In Contagious Diseases, students contagious diseases are stored. This information is vital for public health as well as for schools health. The new diseases can also be added by using the World Health Organization's disease codes for easy access and universal understanding for any emergency.
In Chronic Diseases, students chronic diseases are stored. This information is vital for public health as well as for schools health. The new diseases can also be added by using the World Health Organization's disease codes for easy access and universal understanding for any emergency.
In Height and Weight Info, students progress in development can be tracked by logging in the progress. SmartClass will automatically calculate the students BMI ( Body Mass Index) for giving a better picture of the child's development.
In Health Reports, students health reports can be uploaded to SmartClass file manager and can be viewed anytime by the professionals. Any additional information should be sent to school and the files must be kept updated for the students health at all times.
