Text Message (SMS) Templates

Text message (SMS) templates enables the communications made by your school SmartClass system to send previously created templates.



You can create various templates and assign them to the modules to automatically send the text messages when triggered upon action.


Add New Template


  • Click on +New button located on the left side of the screen
  • Fill the title
  • Fill the message body from the variables or fill in with your specifications
  • Click Save 


You can create the message body from Available Variables and SmartClass will automatically fill the information from the respective module and send email accordingly.


Important Note : To be able to send text messages from SmartClass account, the schools needs to have a service provider connected to SmartClass or opt-in to use SmartClass Service Provider.
