Visitor Reports

Visitor reports are crucial to see and keep records of your schools visitor for any reason. 


For security purposes and digitalization of the schools, the information can be accessed by the defined users only. 



The list being updated automatically with the entrances recorded by the school gates personnel and can be filtered using filter above and signed digitally by SmartClass.


Visitor Reports can be filtered such as and combination of;


  • Visitor Type
  • Interviewee 
  • Date

The reports can also be filtered by using the search filter and can be exported/printed using the buttons located top middle section of the page.
