EMail Queue

In SmartClass, when you are sending an email to batches or general groups, it sometimes take a while to process in the servers and gets hold up at the queues. 


The screen will be empty if there are no queues at the moment and will refresh once an email is sent out.



Our servers send out emails immediately, which means that your subjects are dispatched instantly. 


But sometimes, if it so happens that there is a large backlog of subjects to be sent out, you might occasionally wait in a queue. In the queue the average waiting time is less than a few seconds and will not exceed the duration of two minutes.
